How Do I Return an Item?

Not satisfied and want to return your product? Email us at hello@apt98.com. APT98 will respond with an RA number so you can return your shipment.

Important to Note:

•30 Day return allowance starts from the date of the delivery.
• APT98 will not refund for return shipping fees.
•Item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
•Refund is processed only once items is returned. Return tracking number must be provided by customer.
•All returned items must be in original condition in which received unless returning a damaged or unsatisfactory item. Merchandise that has been reported as perfect condition by the customer before return will be charged if item is received damaged back at our facility.
•If you received a damaged item, please notify the courier upon delivery by refusing the package.  If you only noticed the damage once the item was delivered, please contact courier to come for inspection.
• APT98 must be notified of damages within 3 business days from delivery for a return reason of damage to be valid.
•Note: If you are returning your item because of a damage part, we can resolve part requests and avoid the return completely. Simply email us an image of the damaged part and the part number that needs to be replaced. We will take care of this charge free.
